Really pleased with our new bedroom shutters which look great and were a reasonable price compared to other quotes we had. We did experience a few weeks delay in the shutters being fitted due to a shipping delay but Sarah was very good at communicating with us about this so it wasn’t a problem.

I had shutters made for two windows and I am very happy with both of them, they look great on the windows. The fitting date was rescheduled a few times, but in the end did not happen much later than expected.

We genuinely can’t recommend Everything Shutters of St Ives highly enough. From start to finish our experience has been faultless. We decided to look in to shutters for two rooms in our house. We had found ES online but had some friends who’d used them and recommended them to us. The first visit was from Sarah, clearly explaining our options and the various finishes available. The quote followed on the same day. Complete with a discount for a prompt decision. Once the order was placed were given a date for the technical fitting assessment by Ryan. Then we were offered improved delivery options, which although we didn’t take up ES advised that our delivery and installation would be earlier than expected. So Ryan came and installed them and we couldn’t be happier. So if you’re interested in getting shutters look no further than these folks. We have just had shutters installed on our bay window and they look amazing. We initially had issues with the shutters being delayed at the docks, but Sarah re-scheduled the fitting appointment and kept us updated throughout the delay. Ryan fitted the shutters and did fantastic job, even though our bay window wasn’t level or square. We are very pleased with the service we received, and would definitely use them again. Over the past four years Everything Shutters have fitted shutters on all of our windows, as well as removing and reinstalling the shutters on two windows when the old windows had to be replaced. Every time we have dealt with them, we were very impressed with the quality of product, and the friendly and efficient service, both during the installation and with any follow-up queries. Sarah always kept us updated with the progress of our orders, and she and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with. I'm obsessed with my shutters and really don't regret installing them on every window of the house, including the french windows leading to the garden. Being from a continental country with external shutters, I really missed them for my house in the UK, and these are the perfect alternative so that the house does not look like an anomaly in the street!I've had bi-fold and trifold shutters installed more recently, building on the initial installation of non-fold ones that had been installed a few years ago (they have not aged with time and exposure to light - they still have the same beautiful natural wood colour that we love). When I opened the shutters this morning, I could feel the cold air that they had trapped behind them. We've noticed the same heat insulation effect in the summer, as the shutters help keep the house cool during heat waves. I know that the white painted shutters are very popular, but think again... the natural wood ones look fabulous, especially at night when they are closed

We've now had our dining room fitted, thoroughly happy with our shutter addition. 2 great guys came to install, no Ryan this time, but still great, done in no time. Now to get the bedrooms sorted!A fantastic job well done! We had shutters fitted to all rooms on our ground floor, Ryan and his team completed the works in a tidy and professional manner and were very patient, especially when our dogs insisted on trying to help! We have had a beautiful shutter fitted in our bathroom with Everything Shutters and have been impressed with the service we were given from start to finish. The initial consultation about the shutters was professional and informative and we were given lots of styles and designs to choose from.
